Practice Information

I offer individual sessions to adults who’ve spent much of their lives being “the responsible one”—the one who keeps things together, takes care of others, and often ends up carrying more than their share.

Over time, this can start to feel like you’re running on fumes. You might be the one everyone relies on, but underneath that, you feel stretched thin, a bit unseen, and unsure of who you are outside of what you do for others. For some people, this can also bring up questions surrounding identity and what actually feels true for you—especially if you’ve been focused on others for so long!

Some of the common things I help clients with include:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by everything you’re holding
  • Struggling to set boundaries without hours of guilt or second-guessing
  • Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions
  • Being the “capable one” but quietly exhausted
  • Finding it hard to ask for help or let others show up for you
  • Feeling unseen or under-supported in relationships
  • Navigating changes in identity, roles, or midlife transitions
  • Replaying conversations and wondering if you’ve done something wrong

In my experience working with clients, these patterns didn’t come out of nowhere—they often made sense in earlier relationships where being thoughtful, capable, or easy to rely on really mattered. Together, we’ll slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath. We’ll start to notice what your emotions might be signaling, reconnect with your needs, and explore small, practical ways to shift things so your relationships can feel more reciprocal and supportive.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. You can use the website link above (in orange) to set up a free, no-pressure consultation.

Recovering from Neurodivergent Burnout

Are you feeling totally exhausted? Do even small daily tasks feel impossible? You might be experiencing neurodivergent burnout. This is more than just being tired. It happens when your brain and body are working too hard in a world that isn’t built for neurodivergent people. As a neurodivergent therapist, I want you to know: burnout is not your fault. Your brain and body are just telling you to slow down. Recovery is not about “fixing yourself.” It’s about resting, taking care of yourself, and finding ways to live that work for you. What Burnout Feels Like Some common signs of burnout include…
