Practice Information

Hi, my name is Elizabeth. If you are feeling anxious, struggling with relationship challenges, navigating life transitions, or just feel like you want to improve the quality of your life, then you have arrived in the right space. I have specialized experience with women and offering support around women's issues such as parenthood, fertility and reproductive decision-making, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, career and life-stage transitions, relationship dynamics, boundaries, self-worth, burnout, and navigating cultural or intergenerational expectations. All genders and concerns are welcome!

I believe that meaningful support comes from a genuine curiosity about each person’s unique story and personal journey. As a counsellor, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore life’s questions, challenges, and possibilities with support, care and compassion.

If you feel as though you could use extra support and perspective to move through life more confidently and with a sense of deeper peace and understanding, I believe we could be a good fit.
