I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change, often caught in overthinking, stress, or frustration in relationships. Many want to understand themselves better, feel more at ease, and communicate with greater confidence. Together we explore what’s driving these patterns, build awareness of how your thoughts and reactions work, and develop practical changes that lead to more clarity, confidence, and direction in daily life.
Much of our work involves noticing the different thoughts and parts of you that show up under stress, like the problem solver, the critic, or the one that shuts down. By stepping back and understanding these patterns, you can respond with more clarity.
