Tracy Wideman

Are you longing to make sense of the messiness of life -- to find meaning, coherence, or possibility in the midst of change or uncertainty? My counselling practice offers a space to explore what feels tender, complex, or unfinished with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we make room for your experiences. The ones that may feel confusing, painful, or quietly calling for attention. Our work can help you listen more deeply to yourself and explore what brings meaning, connection, and balance to your life.

I value collaboration, honesty, and openness, and I bring non-judgment and deep thoughtfulness to the work. I also recognize that much of what weighs on people is not only personal but connected to larger systems — inequity, exclusion, and pressures that make us feel like we are the problem. Part of our work can include gently disentangling these external forces from your sense of self and reconnecting with your agency and worth.

I draw from existential, depth, and somatic perspectives, and I welcome creative processes as ways to find new understanding and possibility.

You might come wanting to explore:

• How can I live in a way that feels more aligned?
• What would it mean to honour my emotions rather than manage them?
• How do I care for myself while also recognizing the real pressures of inequity and systemic barriers?

Whether you are navigating transition, seeking clarity, or wanting to reconnect with meaning, our work together offers a space for reflection, alignment and self-understanding.
