Hey folks, I’m Trina. My specialization is in treating anxiety, social anxiety, burnout, and PTSD/trauma. People I work with are often healing overachieving tendencies, relationship trauma, self-critical thought spirals, and worries about what “should” be. Let’s create a supportive inner dialogue, so that you’re your own biggest cheerleader with a quieter, gentler mind so you have the space to face
Instead of trying to think your way out of it, we will take a different approach. My approach is a blend of ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based approaches. My goal is to help you create a different relationship with feelings that weigh you down so you can stop feeling frozen or pushed around by them. I aim to have you leave each session with a tangible, actionable takeaway.
Starting something new can sometimes feel like a lot when day-to-day already feels like a lot! It all starts with this tiny step. Come and say hello, there’s zero pressure.
