Practice Information

Thank you for taking the time to stop by. There's nothing more important when you're struggling than finding someone who feels like the right fit to help you on your journey.

Who I Work With

From the outside, your life may look like it's working. You're capable, you show up for the people who count on you, and most days you keep it together. Inside, it can feel very different: a critical voice that never quite lets up, a sense of never being good enough, or old hurts from your family and your past that still shape how you feel today.

People often come to see me after years of trying to manage this on their own. They may be struggling with anxiety or social anxiety, self-criticism and perfectionism, emotions that feel too big or too numb, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, or questions of identity and belonging. They've often reached a point where they're exhausted by the same patterns and worry that things will never really change.

How I Work

When you're hurting, it's natural to want the pain to stop. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and get to the root of what hurts. I believe that lasting change comes from understanding and working through difficult emotions, not simply managing them.

About Me

I'm a Licensed Psychologist and the founder of Oceanside Psychology Group. I built our practice around the belief that real change comes from understanding and working through the emotions and experiences that keep people stuck, not just managing symptoms. It's the foundation of how I work and how our whole team works.

Whenever you feel ready, reach out for a free 20-minute phone consultation. We'll take the time to understand what's bringing you here and help you decide whether we're the right fit.
