Counselling Practice Website
Practice Information
You've probably been carrying this a while before landing here. Anxiety that won't ease up. Grief that hasn't moved. A faith that's harder to hold than it used to be. A job that's quietly eroding who you are.
Most people try to think their way through it first, on their own, for months or years, before looking for help. That takes a particular kind of endurance, and it has a cost.
I offer individual therapy for adults working through hard seasons and hard questions. The work starts with what's actually present, not a protocol. Sometimes that's trauma. Sometimes grief. Sometimes, the slow flattening of burnout, or a question about meaning that won't let you go. Together, we identify what's underneath the symptoms and build something you can actually use.
I see clients in Colwood, BC and online across the province. Before counselling, I served in the Canadian Armed Forces infantry, led The Mustard Seed Street Church for six years, and ran my own plumbing business. That's shaped who I work best with: veterans and service members, tradespeople, first responders, ministers and leaders, parents, and people whose faith sits near the centre of what they're working through.
