When a loved one is unwell, it can be hard to find answers. My area of expertise is providing intensive family and caregiver support services. With 14 years experience in case management, family support, senior's housing/facility placements, caregiver stress, and mental health & substance use, I provide family and individual support to families, adults, and seniors through major life transitions and events. I believe that support starts with listening to your unique story, reflecting on your goals, and focusing your intentions on you and your family.
Together, we can navigate some of the most complex family issues such as having a family member who faces mental health or addiction issues, supporting aging parents, healthcare crises, and examining public and private options. I can help you navigate the system and together we can make a plan.
As a wife and mother of three children, I bring a keen sense of empathy, experience, and professionalism to my practice. I understand that all families are complex and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for you to find your bearings. My sessions are provided virtually and I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
