If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in familiar patterns, I work with deep thinkers, big feelers, and sensitive souls who are ready to create meaningful change by moving beyond insight alone, towards experiencing the stories held in both mind & body. By integrating talk therapy with somatic approaches, we can gently understand the function of patterns that no longer serve you and build your natural capacity to navigate stress, process difficult emotions, and cultivate self-compassion and resilience.
If you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family stress, identity or something else, I offer space to slow down and put yourself first. I can support you to be fully present and grounded, to feel truly seen, and build your capacity to soak up life's simple joys and small wins without life rushing by.
Whatever brings you here, I’ll meet you with respect, care, and genuine intention to understand your experience. You’ll explore what wellness and growth mean for you. Not according to other’s expectations, but grounded in your own values, strengths, and lived experience. I’m here to offer support with authenticity, empathy, and sometimes a little humour.
