Practice Information
Hi, I'm Natasha!
I am a queer, disabled settler of Croatian and Ukrainian ancestry (pronouns: they/them) living on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking people (Victoria, BC). I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC – #24890) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) Candidate with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health and substance use field, having worked in various community and government roles. After many years working for publicly-funded programs, I decided to open my private practice in March 2025.
I warmly welcome individuals ages 19 years and older who are hoping to connect with a counsellor who can push you out of your comfort zone. Research tells us that the most effective counsellor is the one you have the best rapport with; I work best with clients who like setting goals - no matter how big or small - and want to be challenged to grow (gently and with the utmost care, of course). I offer a structured approach with a clear treatment plan that we collaborate on together and treat as a living document as your needs grow and change throughout the course of therapy.
I have specific expertise and interest in supporting individuals who come with more complex mental health and/or substance use concerns. I also offer relationship counselling, primarily supporting 2SLGBTQ+ communities and including non-monogamy and polyamory.
As an individual with my own lived experience of navigating the mental health system, I provide care from a place of shared experience alongside evidence-based practice. If you are interested in working together, please take a look at my website for more information on my approach and my practice.
