Nicole Persall

Nicole Persall is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Clinical Supervisor (ACS-Candidate) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a master's degree in Counselling Psychology. 

Counselling: I provide online counselling to individual adults seeking support for relationship concerns, anxious attachment, stress, burnout, and more. I work with people looking to explore relationships, attachment issues, history of childhood or relational trauma, or difficulties setting boundaries. Many of my clients identify as people-pleasers, over-achievers, or highly sensitive people. I often work with people who have discovered later in life that they are neurodivergent (such as autistic or ADHD) and are looking for support in creating a life that honours their sensory and emotional needs. 

I help people identify and change underlying patterns, regulate and express emotions, rediscover needs and values, and connect deeper with themselves and others in a way that feels more genuine, authentic, and secure.

In my work, I draw from various approaches including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, and somatic therapy. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each person that I work with. Overall, my work is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodivergent-affirming.

I know that finding the right counsellor is not an easy task, that's why I offer all new clients a free initial consultation to get to know each other before committing to working together. 

Clinical Supervision: I offer individual clinical supervision and consultation for counsellors including recent graduates, early-career counsellors, and experienced clinicians who are looking for ongoing reflective support for their clinical practice. I also offer monthly clinical supervision groups for therapists.
