Practice Information
Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. Often, people find me after months, or even years, of carrying more than they realize. On the outside, they look capable and dependable. Underneath, they're exhausted, anxious, grieving, or feeling the effects of experiences that never really stopped affecting them.
For more than 20 years, I've worked with adults navigating complex trauma, grief, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from understanding not only what's happened to us, but how those experiences continue to shape our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system today.
I integrate EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and other evidence-informed approaches to help clients move beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we work to understand the patterns that have kept you stuck and create lasting change that feels meaningful in everyday life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades working in technology and digital media, including ten years at Patagonia. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the pressures that often come with high-performance careers, balancing responsibility, managing expectations, and appearing capable while quietly running on empty. It's a perspective that continues to shape my work with professionals, leaders, and anyone carrying more than they let others see.
Whether you're working through trauma, navigating grief, recovering from burnout, or simply feeling like you've lost touch with yourself, I strive to create a space where you can feel genuinely understood while being supported toward meaningful, lasting change.
