I aim to go beyond talk therapy to help you achieve lasting change by working through what is holding you back. The goal is to help you wake up feeling hopeful, energized, and at peace.
I specialize in working with adults and couples who feel stuck. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
My approach is empathetic while being goal-oriented. I am not here to sugar-coat it, but I will work with you to help you achieve whatever life changes you are looking to make. My goal is to help you gain insight and strategies that will help you experience life and relationships in a new way. Mental wellbeing is not just about overcoming crisis, it is foundational to overall health and fulfillment.

My training includes a range of therapies that are integrated to build a foundation for lasting change. I am a certified trauma professional (CCTP). However, my approach is also guided by my personal experiences of trauma, loss, and life challenges. I have experienced counsellors that have changed my life and others that have left me feeling stuck.
It is this point of reference that guides my approach. I go beyond talk therapy with treatments that integrate nutritional psychology & neuroscience. Life challenges are outside of our control how we handle them is within our control. Mental well-being is not just about overcoming crisis, it is foundational to health and fulfillment.
My focus is to support you in implementing changes to improve your quality of life by using scientifically researched and validated strategies. I believe that knowledge is power. My goal is to help you gain an understanding of why you are feeling the way you are and more importantly what you can do to improve your mental health. I work to help you overcome current life challenges and past events that are holding you back from experiencing relationships and life fully.
I am particularly interested in looking at how nutrition can be used to improve mood and brain health, and how to reconstruct neural pathways disrupted by stress and trauma. I look at incorporating treatments that offer a long-term solution. This includes an integrative approach that incorporates principles of neuroscience, physiology, and psychology.
