*Accepting Virtual Clients in BC* (Offers CBT & EMDR) - My clinical framework is depth and attachment based, which means in order to understand our current challenges we must explore the root source. I work with individuals who are curious and motivated, and align with the understanding that we are a product of our environment and experiences, as well as our upbringing and family system. I encourage a holistic approach, which means I believe wellness is best achieved through living a well balanced life that includes mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social health.
In order to understand your present day, you can expect to discuss the past as well as strive for your future. While balancing the importance of awareness and insight, we will work together to unpack and challenge your current perspective and move towards the version of yourself that you align with.
In working together you can expect to be challenged and encouraged to practice vulnerability. In order to create a space where this is possible I prioritize building a genuine relationship. The foundation of counseling is our relationship and it will be the anchor to unpacking your experiences and patterns. To book online visit www.speakeasyclinic.ca
