As someone who has lived experience of anxiety and divorce, I understand the importance of practical self-support strategies and the value of a non-judgmental space to discuss vulnerable issues. I believe establishing a warm and encouraging environment is key for personal growth. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) I provide an integrative, collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy. I have experience working with children, youth, families and individuals within non-profit organizations and schools. I hold a Masters degree in Counselling (MC), offering online sessions in beautiful British Columbia.
I draw on various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), nervous system regulation, somatic/body practices, mindfulness, family systems and nature-based practices. I empower clients to tap into their inner resources, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting life changes. Honouring each client’s unique story, I work closely with them to meet their specific needs and goals. My holistic approach helps to ensure clients feel validated, understood, and supported. I am grateful to walk alongside clients as they navigate the highs and lows of their journeys.
In my downtime, when I am not doing therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature on the trails with my adorable dog and engaging in breathwork and meditation, which helps to support my mental health. I get energy and joy from spending time with loved ones, including my partner, family and friends. You can also find me unwinding with a good binge-worthy show!
At the moment, I provide online sessions using the secure video platform Jane and offer supports to individuals located in beautiful British Columbia.
