I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. From a young age, I struggled with anxiety and depression and experienced the debilitating weight of carrying these painful emotions. As I went through my own counselling and personal healing journey, I gained new insights and skills that enabled me to break out of patterns of fear and gain a new sense of freedom and deep inner peace.

Over the years, I found myself increasingly drawn to being a listening ear to others going through their own painful journeys and I began to feel a calling towards this profession. I believe that counselling is meant to be a transformative experience and that there is always hope for positive change, even amidst darkness and despair. I love supporting my clients to blossom and grow to their fullest potential and to achieve their goals for counselling. My mission is to be a compassionate guide, supporting and empowering you in the areas that are important to you. You are not alone and your stories are welcome here.

Through my own personal journey with counselling, I understand and appreciate what it feels like to be in the client’s chair, and I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship that is built upon trust, safety, collaboration, unconditional positive regard, and care.

I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives and that my role is to walk along side of you in a supportive way that helps you to blossom and grow, become empowered, and achieve the goals that are important to you on your journey. My aim is to help you grow in self-awareness and self-compassion, achieve new insights, and develop into your full potential as a person.
