Counseling is a place for tending to the self. It can help to expand your vision of who you are and how you work in the world. If you are curious about yourself, it can be a journey inward that opens up many possibilities about how you define yourself and how you look at the world around you.
I received my Masters in Counseling Degree through City University of Seattle in Vancouver, British Columbia and am a Registered Clinical Counselor through the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselors (#17164).
I work in a co-created environment with clients of many backgrounds and with many concerns. I focus on primary issues and matters of concern, working in ways to empower clients. My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to be free of judgement and feel a permission to express freely what is happening in their inner world. Honouring the client is fundamental in what I do. Additionally, I try to give space for feelings to emerge and new perceptions of situations to arise and be embraced. My overall goal is to assist individuals with recognizing their own inner strengths and gifts, which can assist them in moving through difficult situations, and issues in their lives. It is my honour to hold space for clients to step ever deeper into their authentic selves and find a place of rest to share their inner selves freely.
Please reach out if you feel I could be a good fit for you.
