Welcome! My name is Katy (she/her) and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #20351) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I am also a Registered Art Therapist (RCAT #25144682) with the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA).
My approach to therapy is heart-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based. I feel honoured to support people to nurture their relationships with themselves and with others. I work with adults who are experiencing challenges in life and wish to create change and connection. I am here to offer compassionate listening and to work alongside you to experience greater ease and healing.
For over fifteen years, I have been fortunate to work with youth and adults with diverse life experiences and challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, eating disorders, relationships, substance use, perfectionism and self-worth, shame, grief and loss, life transitions, identity exploration and caregiver burnout.

Bachelor of Arts – Simon Fraser University
