Additionally, I have specific training in the following evidence-based treatments for trauma: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for you to explore, discover, and gain a better understanding of yourself. My goal is to provide you with tools, knowledge, and strategies that you can use immediately, grounded in collaborative, strength-based, and evidence-based practice.
Part of my practice is dedicated to parent counselling. As a parent of three little ones myself, I know firsthand that parenting can be the hardest but also the most rewarding experience. My hope is that I can help you navigate through some of the current challenges you are experiencing and help you create the relationship you desire with your child(ren).
I am also honored to support parents throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. This can be a time of many competing emotions, from excitement, joy, and love, to overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, and grief. My hope is to provide a compassionate space to help support you as you navigate these meaningful transitions.
