Practice Information
Maybe you've spent years in therapy talking about your problems but never felt like much actually shifted. Or maybe this is your first time reaching out, and you're not even sure what's wrong. You just know you feel anxious, disconnected, or like you're constantly performing. You might call it social anxiety, or perfectionism, or just "I can't seem to connect with people." Underneath all of that there might even be a persistent feeling that something about you is fundamentally wrong, too much, or not enough. You want to finally feel good- less stuck and more connected.
I work with shame, anxiety and attachment wounds. We look at the defenses that keep you from feeling, your patterns in relationships, and what's all underneath. My job is to help you see that you make sense, and to slowly find a way through the stuckness together.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, especially if you've been carrying shame, or feeling like you need to have it all figured out first. If this resonates, I'd love to hear from you. We can start with a free consultation to see if we're a good fit. You deserve to feel seen, understood, and not alone anymore.
