Areas of Focus: ICBC Claims, CVAP Trauma Recovery, Individual Counselling, IFS Therapy
Who I Serve
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) providing trauma-informed support in Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster. I specialize in helping individuals, youth, and families navigate the aftermath of motor vehicle accidents (ICBC cases) and crime-related trauma (CVAP).
My ideal clients are those feeling "stuck," overwhelmed by anxiety, chronic pain, or post-concussion symptoms. Whether you are struggling with driving anxiety or emotional disconnection after an injury, I offer a grounded space to rebuild your daily stability.
How I Can Help
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and evidence-based strategies, I help you process trauma and regulate your nervous system. My approach focuses on:
- ICBC Recovery: Documenting functional challenges to support your claim and recovery.
- Trauma & Stress: Managing insomnia, flashbacks, and burnout.
- Relationship Clarity: Utilizing Bowen and Satir models to improve communication.
I provide sessions in English, Cantonese (廣東話), and Mandarin (普通話).
Take the First Step
Recovery from an accident isn't linear, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Having professional documentation from an RCC is essential for your ICBC claim and ensures you have the "teeth" to fight for the support you deserve.
Book a free 15-minute consultation today. In-person sessions are available in Richmond, Burnaby, and Queensborough, with online counselling accessible across British Columbia.

Focused Support for ICBC & Trauma Recovery
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I specialize in supporting clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents (ICBC cases) and crime-related trauma (CVAP). My work focuses on addressing post-concussion symptoms, driving anxiety, chronic pain, and the emotional "stuckness" that often follows a traumatic event. I provide the professional clinical documentation essential for supporting your ICBC recovery and legal claims.
Therapeutic Approach: Internal Family Systems (IFS)
My primary modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS). This powerful, evidence-based approach helps uncover and heal the root causes of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. By integrating nervous system regulation and grounding tools, we work together to restore your sense of stability and self-leadership.
Multilingual & Culturally Sensitive Services
I offer counselling in English, Cantonese (廣東話), and Mandarin (普通話). I deeply understand the cultural nuances faced by immigrants and multicultural families in BC, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for healing.
