Practice Information
My first career was in education, and I have taught infants through adults across three countries. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on ways to build strong families and manage the challenges of life transitions. I offer support for depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, and perinatal/postpartum issues as well as couples counselling. In addition, my time working in healthcare research and disability advocacy has also prompted me to attune to the needs of people with neurodivergence and other exceptionalities. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
I truly value diverse perspectives and am committed to providing inclusive, culture-affirming, and neuro-affirming care. My eclectic approach utilizes elements of CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and person-centred modalities while considering clients’ contexts.
I want to walk alongside you as we respond to the conditions of our changing world. My mission is to help you live according to your values within the many groups you belong to. Your family, career, community, and environment create both challenges and opportunities. You will be met with compassion, empathy, and hope for the future.
I have in-person and online appointments available. In-person appointments are held at Waves Health Collective in Tsawwassen.
