Life can bring unexpected challenges and events. Dr. Axford is interested in working with you to develop and achieve goals that can help you move towards the life you want. Taking the first step and asking for help can sometimes be the hardest. However, most people experience a sense of relief just finding a professional that they connect with and meeting with them for the first time. Then it’s their job, with your help, to assist you in finding a place of balance, health, and purpose. If Dr. Axford is unable to assist you, she can refer you to a skilled clinician within her practice or to an external referral service.
