NOTE: I currently provide online and in-person therapy services
When life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck, it can be difficult to know what direction to take or even how to make sense of what is happening. My therapeutic work is rooted in the idea that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself more fully, including the patterns, feelings, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping your life outside of immediate awareness.
By looking beneath the surface of everyday experience, we can begin to understand why certain difficulties keep returning, why some patterns are so hard to change, and what they may be protecting or expressing. I value depth, complexity, and the uniqueness of each person’s circumstances, with the aim of understanding not only the challenges themselves but also their roots and what forms of change may be most meaningful for you.
This work also takes seriously the broader contexts in which a life unfolds, including culture, neurodivergence, gender, race, sexuality, sociopolitics, ability, and other identities and social realities that may shape how you experience yourself and the world. As these different parts of your experience become more understandable and more available for reflection, it can become possible to relate to yourself and others with greater freedom, make choices that feel more genuinely your own, and find your way in the world with greater clarity.
