  • I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) style counselling for those wishing to explore deeply rooted issues, and personalized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) style support when problem solving, life transitions and new ways of thinking are called for.
  • I have a Masters in Counselling, focusing on helping people with Depression and Anxiety through Art and IFS-therapies, and a PhD in Neuroscience, focusing on circadian rhythms and sleep disorders. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who creates personalized plans to help you get unstuck. I specialize in working with people with intense anxiety, depression, grief, and childhood trauma.
  • I provide gentle, trauma-sensitive care as you navigate life’s challenges, help you brainstorm your next steps while being heard and supported. I will walk with you on your journey, to support your healing and find new ways to live in difficult times. Our work aims to re-connect you, to family, to your larger community and to your own inner wisdom and guidance.
  • I offer a sliding scale for session rates. In BC, typical RCC counsellor rates are $165/session, which may be out of reach for individuals without insurance or are going through tough times. Don't let funding levels get in the way - email and let me know what sliding scale rate you feel is more manageable for you currently (I offer sliding scale rate of $80 and $125/session).
