Practice Information
You spend days replaying something that happened, bouncing between "Am I overreacting? Maybe I should just let it go" and "But that wasn't okay... was it?" You try to stay calm, explain yourself carefully, and accommodate others to keep the peace. Inside, you might feel anxious, frustrated, or alone. You're used to considering everyone else's feelings while quietly wondering, "What about mine?" Somewhere along the way, you may have learned it was safer to keep your feelings inside and stay small. But maybe your feelings aren't wrong. Maybe they're pointing toward something worth listening to.
Together, we'll make space for the feelings you've learned to question or explain away. I can teach you a practice of slowing down and turning inward - not to fix what you're feeling, but because your feelings have something to tell you. What you're looking for may already be inside, waiting to be discovered.
Online IFS therapy in British Columbia for anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, relationship patterns, and learning to trust yourself again.
What I can help with:
Anxiety and overthinking - When your mind replays, rehearses, and won't let go. Rather than managing anxiety with coping strategies, we turn toward it with curiosity to understand what it is protecting. Over time, your relationship to it shifts from the inside.
Self-doubt and the inner critic - When you second-guess your feelings, your decisions, and yourself. The critic softens when you stop fighting it and learn what it is trying to do for you.
People-pleasing - When keeping the peace comes at your own expense. We make space for the feelings you have learned to set aside, and for the part of you that quietly wonders, "What about mine?"
Relationship patterns - When the same dynamics keep repeating. As you come to know your inner world, your outer relationships begin to change too.
Spirituality - When existential questions are alive. IFS is also a contemplative practice - a way of connecting with the calm, compassionate presence at your core.
My approach:
The primary modality I use is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a practice of connecting with our core Self - a calm, compassionate presence that knows how to heal old patterns and create inner and outer harmony. My role is not to fix or direct, but to teach you the practice and guide you through it, with warmth and deep respect for the wisdom you already carry inside.
Sessions are online, 60 minutes, weekly or biweekly. The work is slow, reflective, and inward - and it asks for a gentle daily practice between sessions.
I work best with sensitive, reflective people who want to come home to themselves. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a gentle, evidence-based practice of turning inward with curiosity and compassion. If this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
