I meet each client with a non-judgmental, calm presence in order to create a supportive space in which clients feel safe to explore, take up room, and be themselves. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself, the quality of connection between therapist and client, is not just the backdrop for healing but one of its primary vehicles. Whether working with clients on trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or important life decisions, I show up with genuine curiosity, care, and a deep respect for each person's capacity to heal.
My approach to therapy is somatic, relational, and deeply experiential, drawing on both traditional talk therapy and the wisdom of the body to support clients in doing work that is not only insightful, but genuinely felt. Whatever struggles and strengths my clients bring, I tailor my work to the unique goals and needs of the individual in front of me.
