Practice Information

Sometimes something difficult may bring you to counselling. Sometimes you may feel stuck, disconnected, or tired of the same repeating challenges. I work with adults across BC who want to make sense of what is happening in their lives, including anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, work stress or substance use. I am queer, and welcome people from all backgrounds. If you want to talk about identity, there's space for that too.

I help people understand what is underneath the challenges, feelings and reactions that keep showing up in their lives. Often, a pattern that causes problems now may have once helped you get through hard times. We approach that with curiosity rather than judgment, and make space to understand what it has been protecting or carrying.

I hold a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle and am registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, RCC #23840.

Sessions are $155 for 50 minutes, online across BC, with Saturdays available. Weekday times vary. Payment is handled through Jane after each session, and Jane emails you a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Please check that your plan covers Registered Clinical Counsellors. The booking calendar shows the appointments currently available.
