As a bilingual Registered Clinical Counsellor fluent in both English and Mandarin, I provide individual counselling services both online and in-person in Langley, supporting children, youth, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, single incident trauma, relational/complex trauma, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, neglect, abandonment issue, infidelity, grief/loss, life transitions, burnout/self-care, parenting struggles, as well as internal conflicts related to relationships, life decisions, and career paths, etc.

I also provide couple and family counselling services to support with communication issues, reoccurring conflicts and argument in relationships, sense of insecurity, lack of intimacy, trust and betrayal, impact of trauma, etc.
