Practice Information
My journey as a counsellor and psychotherapist has been shaped by a deep belief in the importance of connection, compassion, and having a space where we can feel truly heard. I have come to appreciate that meaningful change does not always begin with having the answers. Sometimes, it begins with slowing down, becoming curious about what we are experiencing, and creating space to understand ourselves more fully.
This perspective guides the way I approach my work with adults, couples, and families. I believe everyone deserves a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where they can feel heard, understood, and supported. I strive to create that space with care, respect, and curiosity.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck can leave us emotionally exhausted or disconnected from what matters most. Counselling and psychotherapy offer an opportunity to pause, quiet the busy mind, and begin finding a way forward.
Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies that support growth and lasting change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I believe we are meant to live with connection, purpose, and hope. My role is to walk alongside you as you gain new perspectives, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a life that reflects what matters most to you.
Taking the first step toward counselling or psychotherapy can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. It would be an honour to support you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, growth, and renewed hope.
