Practice Information
I offer online therapy for adults and couples across British Columbia. Many people come to me when life feels heavy: when relationships feel strained, when childhood emotional wounds or trauma still linger, when alcohol or substance use has become a struggle, or when major transitions such as separation, divorce, co-parenting, immigration, or grief leave them feeling lost or overwhelmed. Others arrive carrying anxiety, depression, ADHD, or PTSD.
You may feel stuck, disconnected from yourself or your partner, or simply tired of carrying everything alone for a long time. In our work together, we begin gently with whatever feels most present for you. There is no pressure to have it all figured out.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology and Leadership in Health and over 17 years of experience, I support adults through a holistic, integrative approach. My practice combines trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and somatic methods. Always tailored to you and grounded in both evidence-based and relational work.
I believe therapy is not about being “fixed.” It is about slowly reconnecting with your own sense of clarity, direction, inner strength, and safety. Over time, this process can bring greater emotional ease, stability, and a deeper, kinder relationship with yourself.
Sessions are offered online so you can join from a private, comfortable space. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when things have felt heavy for a long time. Please know you do not have to handle this alone. Therapy can be a safe place where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, respect and where meaningful change can unfold at your own pace. If something in my approach resonates, I would be truly honored to hear your story and walk this journey with you. you can book your first session here: https://aws-portal.owlpractice.ca/thepeacefulness/booking
I bill many extended health plans directly. I also provide receipts after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, if applicable. If you have any questions about whether we can bill your insurance directly, please don't hesitate to contact us by email.
