Being a counsellor is a culmination of a personal and professional journey. I use holistic and diverse approaches to provide the right support at the right time and client centered. That means I work with your physical, psychological, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. I offer a relationship-based, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach; working with you to make contact with self-actualizing tendencies. I am also trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions, narrative based approaches as well as dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) skills to allow flexibility with clients hoping for a more direct hands-on approach.
Life can often be in a constant state of change and uncertainty. Life can also be a source of connection and growth. Sometimes that means leaning on others to help you navigate difficult times.
