Practice Information
I help women overcome fear so they can live with greater freedom, confidence, and authenticity.
Fear can show up in many ways—anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, uncover what may be keeping you stuck, and work toward healing in a way that feels safe, meaningful, and sustainable.
I believe healing begins when women feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. My role is to offer a calm, compassionate, and reflective space where you can gain deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.

Faith-Integrated Counselling
For clients who wish to include their faith in therapy, I offer more than conversation alone. Alongside traditional counselling, I may incorporate experiential, prayer-based practices that create space to encounter God's presence, deepen emotional awareness, and support healing. These experiences are always optional, collaborative, and guided by your comfort, beliefs, and readiness.
