I’m a Chinese Canadian counsellor of Hong Kong heritage, born and raised in North Vancouver. After 10 years as a high school teacher, and alongside my current work as a high school counsellor, I bring more than 15 years of real-world experience with youth and adults in education. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed. I use humour, with sensitivity, to build trust and make hard conversations feel a little easier.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, identity and self-worth, family or relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, you can show up exactly as you are. I offer virtual sessions across British Columbia and walk & talk sessions in the Vancouver area, because sometimes it’s easier to open up side by side, outdoors.
