Practice Information
It is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with their capacity to heal, deepen their self-understanding, and build genuine trust in themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and oriented toward meaningful, lasting change.
I have a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and relational trauma. Many of the people I work with describe feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of procrastination and burnout. Others carry the weight of emotional intensity, racing thoughts, difficulty staying organized, or long-standing struggles with relationships and self-worth. In our work together, we develop practical strategies that fit your real life while also gently exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more aligned with the life you actually want.
With over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellness, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every session. My practice is client-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment and mindfulness principles. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
I hold advanced designations as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider (CCSP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), specialized training that supports both skill-building and the kind of deeper self-understanding that makes change sustainable.
You can expect to feel genuinely heard and respected here. Sessions are a space to notice and gently shift the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that get in the way at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave therapy with greater clarity, resilience, and a steadier sense of peace.
