Sometimes we get caught up in our day-to-day routines or we feel too stretched, stressed, or spent to get going on creating the future we want for ourselves. Other times, there are family or societal expectations that push up against our dreams of how we want to show up or what we want to do in our lives. When adversity happens, difficult events can block us from moving forward in the ways we want. We all need support at times.
Hello! My name is Charene (she/her) and I am grateful to live and work in Victoria, B.C., on the territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples represented by the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples.
I work with individual adults online and in-person from a relational, strengths-oriented perspective. That means I see our work together as a collaboration that will illuminate and connect the expertise and knowledge we each have, in service of the topics or goals you know to be most important. My hope for our time together is a shared exploration of what is possible for you, based on your own goals and dreams, and co-creation of a plan to create the change you want in your life.
The people I work with say they appreciate my attentive style and that we can be serious and laugh together. They tell me they feel comfortable telling me things they have never said out loud before and that looking at their stories with a wider lens often creates new understanding and a sense of peace they have been longing for. They express gratitude for leaving the session connected to knowledge they did not have or know they had when they arrived.
Please reach out to me to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. I invite you to bring your questions or just come, open to a conversation about what might be possible.
Wherever you are in your life journey, I'll be honoured to support you in finding your way forward. I will bring my lived experience, knowledge and skills to our work, and I know you will do the same. I look forward to seeing where we can go together.
