Practice Information

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has been working in the field for 18 years, specializing in trauma, eating disorder recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I work primarily with adolescents and adults, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing and build meaningful change. My counselling supports you in reflecting on patterns that keep you feeling stuck and in developing tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.

I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counselling Psychology, as well as being a certified Somatic Therapist. Additionally, I am approved to provide counselling through ICBC and the Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP) and have been a member of the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

I work collaboratively with clients to understand how past experiences, trauma, or stress may be impacting daily life, relationships, or emotional wellbeing. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual. I integrate somatic and evidence-based therapies, including Somatic Experiencing® (SEP), Lifespan Integration Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sensorimotor Therapy techniques, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. This flexibility allows me to support both emotional and nervous system regulation while offering practical tools for coping and growth.

Some clients come with a clear concern, while others arrive with a sense that something isn’t quite right and want help making sense of it. Together, we clarify goals, identify strengths, and take steps toward change at a pace that feels empowering and manageable. I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where you can be your true self. When we take down the barriers in a supportive space we allow ourselves to become our authentic selves and learn more about who we are.

I believe healing happens through safety, respect, and collaboration, and that clients are active participants in their own change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, navigate transitions, and move forward with greater resilience and clarity.
