Practice Information

Starting therapy can feel like the hardest part of change, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. Feeling stuck in patterns that no longer work, overwhelmed by stress or responsibility, or finding it harder to stay level-headed in relationships or daily life can all be signs that something needs attention. A consistent sense of anxiety, low mood, or burnout can also start to take a toll over time. Many people I work with feel responsible for others, for outcomes, or for keeping things together, and eventually that pressure becomes exhausting.

I provide counselling to adults of all ages and teens, tailoring my approach to your specific needs and where you’re at. In our work together, we focus on helping you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Your emotions, reactions, and patterns, while building practical ways to respond differently. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or a growing sense that something needs to shift, therapy can offer both clarity and direction. You can move forward at your own pace, whether that means trying new skills, gaining clarity, or simply having space to feel supported first. You are never too much here.

I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy perspectives. Together we explore challenges, clarify values, manage stress, and build resilience. My approach balances emotional understanding with practical tools, helping you not only process what’s been difficult, but also move toward meaningful, lasting change and a life that feels more aligned with what matters most to you.
