Hello! My name is Barb. I have ADHD and I have two neurodivergent kids, one is autistic and one has ADHD . I love working with neurodivergent folks! Whether you are medically diagnosed or self-diagnosed, I accept you for who you are and how you present.
I might be a good fit for you if:
you know or suspect you are autistic or have ADHD and you want to learn more about how it impacts your life
you are a parent of an autistic or ADHD (or both!) kid and need to talk to someone who understands the struggle
you wonder if you have spent most of your life masking and want to discover the authentic you
I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address them with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.
I see people from anywhere in BC through virtual sessions (Zoom).
Reach out and book a free call where we can chat and see if I am a good fit for you. You can email me or text me.
