Practice Information
Truly, one of my favourite parts of this work is the privilege of supporting other humans — the vulnerability, the messiness, the authenticity, and the deep, meaningful conversations that come with it. My practice is trauma-informed and rooted in narrative therapy, where we explore the stories of your life with compassion and curiosity, while also considering the social and cultural factors that may have influenced where you are today. I believe the stories we tell about ourselves are not the only possibilities, and together we can explore narratives that feel more authentic and empowering, grounded in your strengths and values which already exist within you. I have supported youth and adults with depression, anxiety, substance use, identity, grief and loss, family and relationship challenges, stress, burnout, as well as many other mental health concerns. I am very passionate about supporting neurodivergent folks (especially late identified or diagnosed, autistic, AuDHD, highly sensitive people, and ADHD). I welcome clients to show up exactly as they are, knowing that my space is one of acceptance, safety, and non-judgment.
