About Audrey
Hi I'm Audrey!
Are you feeling anxious, isolated, or uncertain about the path ahead? Maybe low mood has you unmotivated, or you’re grappling with the complexities of gender identity, sexual orientation, or existential dread. Life can feel overwhelming, and you seek a safe, affirming space to process your experiences without judgment. Whether you’re coping with societal pressures, healing from past trauma, or simply longing for deeper self-acceptance, you deserve to have your story truly heard. You want support, insight, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded. Let’s work together to find clarity, healing, and community.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor serving teens and adults in BC and across the country, I draw on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) approaches to help you find stability, navigate identity, and heal from trauma. Grounded in feminism and social justice, I create a safe, non-judgmental space that honours your unique journey.
I am a Certified Therapist in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, and Complex Trauma. I have completed post-graduate training in Body Oriented Therapy Techniques for Trauma and Attachment and integrate aspects of parts work and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy into my approach.
As a queer and trans woman, I often center my practice around LGBTQ+ teens and adults, but I also work with people of all sexual and gender identities. I worked as a support worker with Salal Sexual Violence Support Centre and completed a practicum with J. Matsui De Roo. My approach is deeply informed by feminist therapy and trauma-informed care using an intersectional lens.
Reaching out can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with personal or sensitive concerns. I offer warmth, authenticity, and genuine understanding, so you never have to face your challenges alone. Whether you’re a teen or an adult seeking support, let’s take this step together.
