Frequently asked questions

Individual therapy can be supportive for anyone wanting to better understand themselves and the way they interact with the world around them.

You might be experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, a sense of disconnection, or simply feel curious about your patterns and want to create space for personal growth. We might explore a challenge you're navigating in your day-to-day, process an experience that has you feeling stuck in the past, or simply create a space for you to slow-down and prioritize yourself.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. You’re welcome to come as you are and we can create this work together.

Relationship therapy is offered for couples, families, friendships, or any relationship you are in that might need a bit of outside support. Our work aims to strengthening the bond between two (or more) people without loosing a foundation of self. The focus of session may include identifying patterns that have your relationship feeling stuck in a loop, learning tools for communication and safe expression, and exploring intimacy, boundaries, and differentiation of self within a partnership. Relationships, and the people within them, are unique and my sessions aim to understand and honour each persons needs while working toward repair and strengthening connection.

Therapy can be a vulnerable and personal experience, and there’s no right or wrong way to prepare. I invite you to come exactly as you are. You might want to kick off your shoes, sip a warm tea, and lean into whatever feels important in the moment. If you feel nervous or unsure where to begin, we can decide a starting point together.

Some people find it helpful to reflect or journal beforehand about goals, hopes, or challenges they’d like to explore. Most importantly, we’ll shape this journey together so it feels supportive, safe, and aligned with your needs.
