Do you struggle with anxiety, experience high stress, or have problems in your relationships? Are you struggling with boundaries, people pleasing and not feeling good enough?

I help high-functioning adults and couples struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-worth, and other relationship issues to avoid burnout. Using approaches that go beyond surface-level coping strategies, together, we will uncover and heal the underlying beliefs & patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of overthinking, guilt, and emotional exhaustion. 

People tend to work with me when they're looking for a therapist who feels relatable and understands millennial concerns. Using Adlerian therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, mindfulness, and attachment-informed conversation, I help you understand how your early experiences shaped your self-worth, relationships, and nervous system (anxiety/mood). Together, we will rewire these patterns so you can break unhealthy cycles, communicate effectively, and feel grounded, confident, and emotionally secure in your life and relationships. 

If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore, you don't have to figure it out alone. Healing is possible with the right support. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can feel understood and empowered. My practice is gender, sexuality, body and race inclusive, and I invite you to reach out when you're ready to begin.

I offer direct billing to many insurance providers and I am registered with ICBC and FNHA.
