Constantly thinking to yourself, “What is wrong with me?” is exhausting. Maybe it shows up as anxiety, anger, loneliness, relationship struggles, difficulty getting things done, or the way you respond when life feels like too much. Maybe things look okay from the outside, but internally you feel confused by your reactions, your relationships, or the patterns you keep finding yourself in. Whatever it looks like, we can work together to understand what is getting in the way of living the life you want to live.
I work with people who feel stuck in self-doubt, shame, or the sense that everyday life and relationships take more out of them than they “should.” You might avoid hard conversations, struggle to speak up for yourself, or notice your emotions come out sideways after holding them in for too long. You might have meaningful connections and still wonder why closeness, communication, trust, or conflict can feel so complicated. You might struggle to start or finish tasks, feel easily overloaded, or shut down when there is too much to manage at once.
My style is direct, supportive, practical, and grounded in curiosity. In our work, we can look beneath the surface of your life to understand why you feel, react, relate, and move through the world in the way you do. These patterns may be connected to neurodivergence, trauma, attachment wounds, painful experiences, years of being misunderstood, or other factors that shaped how you learned to protect yourself.
Together, we can begin to understand what has been protecting you, what may no longer be helping, and what else might be possible. You do not need to know exactly what needs to change before we start. Whatever you are carrying, we can work toward a life that feels more understandable, more workable, and more genuinely your own.
