You long for deeper connection with yourself, your partner, or the people you love, but instead find yourself caught in patterns that leave you feeling alone, misunderstood, or emotionally overwhelmed. Perhaps you've learned to hide your needs, silence your emotions, or carry your pain in private. No matter how hard you try, the same struggles keep resurfacing, leaving you wondering why relationships feel so difficult or why it can be so hard to find peace within yourself.
If this feels familiar, you're not alone.
I'm Nazanin (Naz), a Registered Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist. For nearly a decade, I have supported individuals, couples, and families as they navigate trauma, relationship challenges, shame, grief, anxiety, and the lasting impact of painful life experiences. Again and again, I have witnessed the remarkable capacity people have to heal when they feel truly seen, understood, and emotionally safe.
Many of the ways we cope today were once creative attempts to protect ourselves from pain, loss, or disconnection. Together, we will make sense of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, uncover the emotions and needs beneath them, and create opportunities for deeper connection—with yourself and with the people who matter most.
Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Art Therapy, I tailor our work to your unique story and goals. Whether you are seeking healing from past wounds, a stronger relationship with yourself, or deeper connection with those you love, therapy can become a place where lasting change begins.
You don't need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. You only need a willingness to begin. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater connection, healing, and a life that feels more fully your own.
