Lisa Wu

Hello! I’m Lisa (she/they), a relational therapist who believes healing happens in connection. I support folks as they make sense of childhood trauma, explore attachment and relationships, navigate challenging family dynamics, and untangle patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and more. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up just as you are and feel supported as you reconnect with yourself and the life you want to build.
