In Our Time Together
In our time together, we will look within - to better-understand root layers and recurring patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This offers a chance for sustainable change - helping you build self-trust and confidence to become more efficient in navigating inner turbulence and external stressors.
Together, we will explore your life more objectively.
Exploring aspects of your life objectively may help us make better sense of your current distress while gaining clarity on your internal world. Through a collaborative process of healing and discovery, our work will aim to assist you in finding your best path, where you can live less reactively and more peacefully. I focus on supporting my clients to increase personal capacity and emotional flexibility.
My Therapeutic Approach
I work within a narrative framework, integrating cognitive, existential, and strength-based tools. I also utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and somatic approach for memory and trauma processing. Our sessions will incorporate a combined focus on understanding the deeper sectors of your inner mechanics while charting the best course for moving forward.
