Practice Information
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether that’s from themselves, from others, or from a sense of meaning in life. Sometimes this looks like anxiety or depression, sometimes it’s the voice of a relentless inner critic, repeating patterns in relationships, or leaning on unhelpful coping habits just to get through the day. Whatever form it takes, these struggles can make life feel heavier than it needs to.
My approach to Therapy
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, offering tools and perspectives that support your journey toward empowerment, authenticity, and self-leadership. Healing, to me, is not about erasing problems but about embracing the complexities of being human and restoring the parts of ourselves that allow us to live fully and wholeheartedly. I take an integrative, client-centered approach that blends evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Integrative Somatics, Parts Work (IFS) as well as mindfulness-based approaches. I place a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and honoring the deep connection between mind and body. Our work together will be uniquely tailored to your needs, challenges, and goals, with the aim of helping you build lasting tools for a meaningful, balanced life.
In therapy, you’ll have the chance to:
- Increase self-awareness and gain insight into the patterns and beliefs shaping your behaviors.
- Rebuild self-worth and reconnect with joy, purpose, and possibility.
- Build healthier relationships, set boundaries, and feel more connected and understood.
- Strengthen your ability to connect with others and express your needs more confidently.
- Cultivate self-compassion and greater acceptance as you navigate life’s challenges.
- Develop tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
About me:
I’m deeply curious about what shapes human experience, the patterns, stories, and emotions that guide our lives. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in the corporate world, where I learned first-hand about boundaries, relationships, stress, burnout, and my own inner work that led me to this role. Outside of my role as a therapist, I'm a dog mom, a trail runner, and lover for travel. If you think we might be a good fit and you're ready to dive in, therapy can be a wonderful way to move toward a more aligned and authentic sense of self.
When you feel ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out to book a free consult call, and together we’ll explore what support could bring more ease and possibility into your life.
