Take a deep breath and hear this: you are not broken, you are becoming. If you're feeling overwhelmed, lost in old patterns, or quietly aching for something more, if you’re navigating anxiety, past wounds, or relationship struggles, I welcome all of you—your tenderness, your strength, your yearning. With warmth and deep presence, I’ll walk beside you as we connect with your inner wisdom, soften self-protection, and rediscover what it means to feel whole, alive, and truly seen. Your inner experiences, while overwhelming at times, are your guides; you seek to understand them and I admire you for that!
As an AEDP therapist, I help you go beyond insight and into experiences of true healing. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space to process stuck emotions and tenderly explore what’s been too much to hold alone. In this sacred space, lasting change can unfold, and authentic expressions of your own becoming can begin to shine through.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Healing is possible, even if it’s hard to imagine right now. I offer a soft place to land—one filled with hope, gentleness, and care. If something here stirs a yes in you, let’s talk. Reach out for a free consultation. (If you have reached out to me and have not received a response, please check your junk mail folder.)
