Practice Information

If grief feels heavy to carry, or anxiety has been quietly running or ambushing your life, or personal experiences that you wish to heal or grow from still shape how you move through life, you don't have to face it alone. Even considering reaching out speaks to your strength, courage, and readiness for something different. I understand how much courage it takes to reach out and consider change when you're already feeling overwhelmed, tired or unsure. I offer a calm, genuine, compassionate space where you can be met with care, speak openly, feel heard and understood, and begin to feel more like yourself again. My approach is to help you understand your experiences while building skills for change, healing and growth.

As a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers, and with my specialized training, I provide a trusting space for individuals who may be struggling with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Diagnosis of an illness
  • Low self-esteem
  • Life transitions
  • End-of-life care needs
  • Relationship concerns
  • Women's health issues

With your courage, self-determination, and my guidance, together we can help you feel more present, connected, calm, and aligned with your life again. I believe meaningful change and healing happen when people feel heard, safe and supported.

If this feels right for you, please email me to book a free consultation to explore your needs and see if I am a good fit for you.

I am currently accepting new clients virtually and in-person.
